You'll need a Plusnet or BT landline to get our broadband. Our landline service (called Home Phone) costs £11.25 a month including evening and weekend calls.
Broadband with a 12 month contract: There's a £25 activation charge but we'll give you this free if you add Home Phone to your order. We'll also give you a free wireless router worth £40.
Broadband with no contract: There's a £25 activation charge (you'll pay this even if you add Home Phone to your order). You can use your own router if it's compatible or you can pay for one up front.
* - Plusnet Value broadband starts at £6.49 a month for the first 3 months. If you live in one of our low cost areas you'll then pay this price every month. If you live outside of one of these areas you'll then pay £12.99 a month after this. Plusnet Extra broadband starts at £11.49 a month for the first 3 months. If you live in one of our low cost areas you'll then pay this price every month. If you live outside of one of these areas you'll then pay £17.99 a month after this.
1 - Broadband speed is described as up to 20Mb because your actual download speeds will vary depending on where you live. We'll give you a speed estimate when you sign up.
2 - "Anytime or Evening & Weekend" applies to numbers beginning with 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870. Hang up and re-dial before 60 minutes and you won't be charged for these included calls (for international numbers re-dial before 30 minutes). Calls to indirect access numbers and dial up internet access are excluded. See the Home Phone FAQs page for more details about call charges.
