Our Community

We want you to feel like you’re part of our community. We’ve got discussion forums where customers and staff are chatting about broadband (and loads of other stuff too). We like to talk to our customers

If you’ve ever been frustrated because your broadband provider keeps you in the dark, we think you’ll be happy with us. We like to share things with our customers. If we’ve messed up, we’ll tell you about it and explain what we’re doing to fix it, rather than try and hide information.

We started selling Internet access way back in 1997. There was no YouTube or Facebook back then. We’ve seen the Internet change and we know how it works.
