This is an update to the earlier post about problems affecting the calls to our Customer Support Centre and the increased wait times. The root cause of the problem is still under investigation and we will update again as soon as we have further details.

Due to problems with our internal telephone system we are unable to route calls to one of our call centres and there fore have longer than normal call times. You can check the current call times on the link below,

Please be aware you can raise a ticket to our support centre as an alternative to calling, by using the help assistant on

Our engineers are currently investing this issue and will make a further announcement when possible.

This is an update to this morning's post about problems affecting the availability of our Customer Support Centre and their access to some of our internal systems.

The root cause of the problem has been discovered and the issue has now been fully resolved.

Due to a problem affecting one of our call centres, customers may experience long waiting times when trying to contact us by phone.

The problem is also preventing some members of staff from being able to access customers' account information.

Until the problem is resolved, we recommend that customers with non-urgent support queries contact us online by raising a support ticket instead of calling us.

This is an update to yesterday's post about the problems some customers may have been having accessing the services we host in Sheffield.

One of our suppliers experienced a problem affecting their network which we believe was the cause of yesterday afternoon's problems.

The issue has since been resolved and we're now running at full capacity again.
